What will my post-op massage include?

Each massage will include a variety of therapy techniques, including, but not limited to: Hydrotherapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Fascial Manipulation, General Swedish Massage, Dry Brushing, Gua Sha and Cupping. The techniques used will vary, depending on your individual stage of recovery, tolerance and need.

Please note that post-surgical massage is not your typical relaxation massage and while you might be nervous to have someone touch you early in recovery, all of our therapists are properly trained and will work with you through your individual pain tolerance. We prioritize your comfort because we are working to regulate your nervous system first, therefore causing you pain would be entirely counter-productive. Your recovery is a personal journey unlike anyone else's, we will always adjust our treatments to accommodate your needs and preferences. BUT please note that the earlier in recovery we start, the better chances we have at optimizing your results, working in a preventative space!

Pre Surgery Consult

30 Minute RMT Consultation: $100.00+hst

This consultation is perfect for eager patients who like to be prepared for surgery and their recovery journey. We will discuss common practices and compression garment needs according to the surgery you are having. We will educate you on practical steps to best prepare your household and body for a smooth recovery routine. We will also assist in planing your recovery appointments to best suit the timeline of beneficial massage treatments to optimize your surgical results!

Single Session:

30 Minute RMT Post-Op Massage: $125.00+hst
60 Minute RMT Post-Op Massage: $225.00+hst
