The Brax Method

A Hands-on Training for Plastic Surgery Recovery Massage

What is the BRAX Method?

It is a series of massage techniques used at specific phases during plastic surgery recovery.

The style of massage technique starts from light touch to stronger and will progress at the individual patient’s pace of recovery. The biggest thing The BRAX Method focuses on, is retraining the brain that the body is no longer in a state of trauma. This enables us to lower the fight or flight response and gradually increase our hand pressure, teaching your body to follow our lead in a faster recovery, instead of fighting us thinking you need protection.
